We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our growing team at New Journey Travel & Tourism LLC. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel sales, ticketing, visa assistance, and holiday packages with hands-on experience in GDS systems.

Responsibilities:

Handle flight bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and travel inquiries
Promote and sell travel packages, hotel bookings, visas, and tour services
Assist clients with travel planning and provide excellent customer service
Operate GDS systems efficiently (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre)
Follow up with customers and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers
Manage group bookings and corporate travel requests
Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting
