We are looking for a passionate Sales and Admin Officer to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will
serve as a point of contact for customers , be responsible for sales, marketing strategy and administration as required.

Ultimately you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
Role and responsibilities :
\[ Research and generate list of leads/potential customers/ Cold calling/appointment setting
\[ Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
\[ Maintain CRM/Pipeline
\[ Arrange events/meetings as required
\[ Day to day administrative tasks
\[ Contact clients to obtain information or answer queries
\[ Maintain and update sales and customer records
\[ Develop monthly sales reports/pipelines
\[ Communicate important feedback from customers internally
\[ Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
\[ Maintain and update sales and customer records

\[ Stay up-to-date with new products and features
\[ Contribute towards the growth of the company by identifying new opportunities
\[ Stay up-to-date with new products and features
\[ Attending client meetings/Sales visits
\[ Marketing strategy and content creation/ across all platforms as required
\[ Maintain daily/weekly/quarterly reporting
\[ Adhoc tasks as required
