Location: SOL Coffee - Business Bay

SOL Coffee is looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can create high-quality café-style pastries and desserts while maintaining consistency, creativity, and excellent product quality.

Prepare and produce a variety of café desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
Create and maintain high-quality cakes, cheesecakes, tarts, cookies, brownies, and other signature desserts.
Produce laminated pastries such as croissants and Danish pastries (preferred).
Develop seasonal desserts and new menu items.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Plan daily production and manage ingredient preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the pastry kitchen.
Control inventory, minimize food waste, and manage stock efficiently.
Work closely with the kitchen and barista team to develop desserts that pair well with our coffee menu.
