Description
Develop and implement digital product strategies aligned with organisational goals.Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective product lifecycle management.Identify and evaluate opportunities for product innovation and improvement.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align product development with business objectives.Monitor market trends within the Energy & Natural Resources industry to inform strategic decisions.Ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives on time and within budget.Oversee product performance metrics and propose enhancements where necessary.Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and phased delivery planLead the build of an AI-enabled, end-to-end digital staffing platformTranslate business needs into clear technical requirements for developersDrive product launch, positioning, and market adoption strategyEstablish scalable sales and client onboarding frameworksTrack and optimise performance metrics including adoption and fulfilment speedContinuously improve automation to minimise manual processes

Profile
Proven experience launching and scaling digital or start-up productsStrong understanding of AI and automation in digital product environmentsExperience working closely with engineering teams and product buildsDemonstrated ability to take products from concept to revenue generationStrong data-driven mindset with experience tracking product performanceDegree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
