Responsibilities:Conduct thorough risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards associated with lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Develop and implement lifting plans that detail the scope of work, equipment requirements, and safety measures necessary for successful execution of lifting operations.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure that lifting operations align with project timelines and objectives, facilitating seamless collaboration.
Oversee the selection and inspection of lifting equipment, ensuring all machinery meets safety standards and is suitable for the specific lifting tasks at hand.
Provide training and guidance to team members on safe lifting practices, fostering a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.
Monitor lifting operations in real-time, making adjustments as necessary to address unforeseen challenges and ensure the safety of all personnel involved.
Document and report on lifting operations, maintaining accurate records of inspections, incidents, and compliance with safety regulations.
