Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports using accounting software, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies to support informed decision-making.
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and variances to provide actionable insights to management for strategic planning and resource allocation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing while maintaining strong vendor and client relationships.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives for optimal resource management.
