Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and passionate Education Sales Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide prospective students, understand their educational needs, recommend suitable programs, and help them complete the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students.
- Understand students' educational and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Stay updated on university programs and admission policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Experience in education sales, admissions, counselling, tele-sales, or inside sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
- Good computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
