We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Marketing Specialist / Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing strategies and multi-channel campaign execution. Sitting right at the sweet spot between strategic planning and direct execution, you will drive brand visibility, user acquisition, and campaign performance across all digital and traditional touchpoints.

At Goldnet, we are modernizing gold and silver trading in the UAE. Licensed by DMCC, our digital platform makes wealth protection instant, accessible, and transparent—whether an investor starts with AED 10 or orders physical bars/coins to their doorstep. Our long-term goal is to make physical and digital precious metals the go-to savings medium across the UAE. We are building an ambitious, high-ownership team to transform how people save and invest.

The ideal candidate brings 4 to 6 years of experience—preferably within the fintech, financial services, or tech scale-up ecosystem—and thrives in taking end-to-end responsibility for campaign lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business growth, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign operations across paid media, performance marketing, social media, content strategy, email marketing, and localized offline touchpoints.
Brand & Content Guidance: Oversee creative development, messaging, and visual storytelling across all marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency and resonance in the regional market.
Analytics & Performance Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates, engagement) to continuously optimize campaign performance and channel spend.
Localization & Engagement: Tailor communications and creative assets specifically for the UAE and broader GCC market dynamics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, business development, and design teams to translate platform updates and feature launches into high-impact campaigns.
