We are looking for a proven Off-Plan closer. You will own the client relationship from first conversation to closing and after-sales, while building a credible personal brand with the support of our professional Marketing and MCN teams.

Manage the full Off-Plan sales cycle: qualify leads, understand client needs, match projects, present, negotiate, close and maintain the relationship after the sale.
Work closely and consistently with Marketing and MCN teams. Be ready to contribute market insight, appear on camera and take part in planned content.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets; follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle until deal closure
Advise high-net-worth investors, everyday investors and end users with clear, responsible and commercially sound recommendations.
Log all calls, emails and meetings into the CRM daily; maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline records
Stay current on Dubai developers, projects, payment plans
Ensure full compliance with RERA/DLD regulations
