About ESLY Signature Gold Trading LLC
ESLY Signature Gold Trading LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented General Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
The ideal candidate must have prior accounting experience in a Gold Trading Company and hands-on experience with Orosoft Technovating Metals software.
Key Responsibilities
\[ Handle end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping.
\[ Maintain accurate daily financial records.
\[ Perform daily gold inventory reconciliation between physical stock and accounting records.
\[ Record and reconcile gold purchases, sales, stock movements, and inventory valuation.
\[ Monitor gold pricing and related financial transactions.
\[ Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
\[ Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
\[ Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
\[ Handle UAE VAT (5%) calculations, reconciliations, and filing.
\[ Assist with UAE Corporate Tax (9%) compliance.
\[ Prepare financial documents required for external audits.
\[ Maintain accurate records for high-value gold transactions.
\[ Support AML/CFT-related compliance requirements.
\[ Manage customer and supplier ageing.
\[ Assist with payroll and MOHRE/WPS requirements.
\[ Support month-end and year-end closing.
Salary & Benefits
\[ AED 8,000 -15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
1. Gold Trading Company accounting experience – MANDATORY
2. Orosoft Technovating Metals software experience – MANDATORY
Candidates who do not meet the above two mandatory requirements may not be considered.
