Overview of the role
We are currently building a strong pool of talent for future Storekeeper opportunities across the UAE.
We are looking for organised and dependable professionals with experience in workshop stores, warehousing, or parts inventory. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the workshop store by managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials, consumables, tools, and equipment.
What you will do
- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of workshop materials, consumables, tools, and equipment.
- Support the procurement of workshop consumables and materials, including sourcing, quotations, purchase documentation, and supplier follow-up.
- Verify the quality and quantity of received materials and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor inventory and ensure materials and consumables are accurately recorded.
- Track returnable tools, equipment, and other materials to ensure they are returned to the store on time.
- Support workshop administration, including attendance records, timesheets, inventory audits, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain appropriate safety standards for stored materials and help minimise workplace hazards.
- Monitor waste materials such as oils, tyres, batteries, metals, plastics, and paper, and coordinate their collection or disposal.
