We have an immediate need for a goal-oriented Business Development Executive to be based in Dubai to promote our brand.
Your specific goals for delivering your target and delighting your customers include:
Establishing the CaliberVantage.com brand as the unprecedented leader on talent management, and recruitment management.
Supporting the Business Development Director in Day to Day work functions and adhering to sales best practices including but not limited to; identifying a number of accounts to prospect on a weekly basis agreed upon with the BD Director, performing daily calls and setting up meetings, conducting meetings and liaising with potential new partners / affiliates including universities, businesses, government agencies, training houses, and other strategically "fit" organizations to create partners.
Working cross-functionally with Technology, Sales and Marketing - turning "customer needs" to actionable business development proposals.
Initiating business development relationships pro-actively, follow through persistently and close deals.
Maintaining exceptional relationships with partners and develop material with continuous day to day follow-up, catering to their needs.
Providing regular weekly reports to the Business Development Director of all action in previous week to ensure that goals and objectives are met and accounts are being handled in a manner which will ensure partners satisfaction
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development with an excellent track record in reaching targets and developing direct relationships with customers
Proven outside/territory sales experience preferably in one of the following industries: Technology/Software, Training, Education, online marketing.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Capable of reaching and conversing with senior executives
Demonstrated collaborative skills with ability to influence and work cross-functionally
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Must be able to travel within United Arab Emirates
Excellent selling and deal closing skills
Excellent analytical skills: able to understand customer requirements and drive the relevant solutions
Experience in using CRM systems is highly desirable
