An exciting and dynamic Financial Services firm who are experiencing International growth are looking for a Senior Commodities Trader specialising in crude products.
You will be responsible for trading crude products and dealing with Multi-national Energy giants whilst maintaining and developing the on-going relationship with shipping companies in the distribution of commodities. You will be in possession of expert hedging ability and be able to also identify, measure and risk (including, but not limited to Market risk (Volatility of market prices), default risks, contract and compliance risk, macro and micro economics risks.
You must be able to illustrate at least 5 years worth of experience within the interview detailing revenue and the strategy you've delivered successfully (Client confidentiality will not be compromised and there will no pressure to reveal your clients).
You will have worked in a Trading business specifically trading commodities in a senior capacity. Whilst you may not be managing people immediately the growth of the business will dovetail with your level of responsibility and so therefore strong leadership ability is required.
You will have gained a University education with at least a 2:1 degree (Maths/ Economics/ Engineering/ Business) or equivalent from a recognised top ranking university and communicate at the highest level (ideally from the Western world).
Experience of working with Aspect software will be an advantage
