• Identifying tender requirements. Prepare take off, Estimate man-hours and prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Processing of all documents for each tender (shop drawing, quantity surveying, specifications, etc.).
• Maintain and update log of tenders and quotations.
• Contact client and discuss project requirements and to clarify issues.
• Prepare quantity survey for required equipment and materials.
• Prepare inquiries for main equipment and follow up.
• Make a cost estimate for each project.
• Develop and maintain a database of all quotations, cost calculation sheets, vendor prices and supplier capabilities.
• All documents prepared are in adherence to specification and deadlines.
