• Create a Business plan for the year
• Input into a marketing strategy for Powwer Lounge
Marketing
• Leads generation for various weight loss programs - Incentive scheme*
• Leads generation for various exercise classes
• Conversion of leads coming in through various sources
• Maximize footfall into the Lounge through various community building activities and events
• Brainstorm ideas for events and activities - at least one activity a month that is new and one that is ongoing for community building
• Email marketing ideas and implementation
• Social media marketing and implementation
• Identification of various networking platforms and attendance
• Connect with various high end brands to create cross marketing opportunities
• Ensure we cross sell across our products and services
Client Management
• From phone call to appointment to daily management of clients
• Pamper and look after clients on a daily basis
• Incentivize clients to bring in other friends for programs and sessions
• Maximize client satisfaction through smooth flowing processes
• Ensure all rooms and common areas are well looked after
Accounting & Inventory management
• For nutrition programs
• Exercise programs
• Detox kits & Detox tea
• Trainers’ & Consultants accounting
• Studio and room rental accounting and management
