Role: Accountable for end to end Project Delivery executed in Agile model
Skillset and Experience;
1. Extensive experience of working on Agile engagements, complete understanding of Agile principle, concepts, practical applications, tools and techniques
2. Sound technical background and understanding - Java/J2EE, Adobe AMC
3. Engage with senior client stakeholders and business teams
4. Involved or managed Digital engagements around customer experience, mobile etc will be good
5. 10-14 years of experience, of which 2 -3 years in client facing / onsite project delivery role
6. Ability to communicate and articulate well to business, IT, Partners and offshore teams
7. Exposure to onsite / offshore engagement models
8. Airline or aviation industry experience is a good to have
