Job summary:
- Support key work by compensating for execution failures in daily operations and facilitating unplanned work.
- Provide relief coverage across the territory.
Principal Responsibilities:
Handling Daily Operations
- Ensure coverage of all routes; running emergency routes when necessary.
- Coordinate vacation and sick leaves for all Pre-sellers and Merchandisers within the territory.
- Manage all miscellaneous activities to ensure that the KAM has time to coach
Providing Territory Support
- Provide routing and file maintenance support.
- Update the Territory Scoreboard on a weekly basis
- Ensure selling tools and point of purchase material is available with all Pre-sellers
- Coordinate completion of identified resets, special events and equipment delivery as and when it is needed.
- Update the Territory Scoreboard on a weekly basis
Tracking Measures and Conducting Problem Solving
- Identify recurring problems for continuous process improvement.
- Actively participate in problem solving process
- Execute action plans as directed by Key Account Managers in problem solving.
- Ensure the collection of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per the company’s direction.
