Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Senior Area Manager will be primarily responsible for the following:
- P&L accountability for the business across the Middle East and emerging markets- Manage a team of over 5 people- Manage the strategic relationship with the retailers and distributors across the region- Work closely with the marketing and finance teams to meet business objectives- Collaborate with the Country Managers in the designated markets on adapting and implementing the business plan
Profile
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic- 7+ years experience- Experience in cosmetics/beauty/personal care is a must- Experience in managing a team is highly preferred- Experience with/exposure to P&L management
