As a Team Leader you will ensure highest level of service is delivered at the location(s) assigned to you and take measures to improve the profitability, brand image and customer service experience of the assigned teams.
Your key responsibilities will be but not be limited to the following:
* Guide and mentor the CSRs and drivers to provide better service and improve branch revenue.
* Make sure that the branch achieves the monthly target for walk-ins consistently.
* Ensure the branch exceeds customer service standards
About You
You will have a minimum of these qualifications to meet the criterea of this vacancy:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate with at least 5 years of experience, of which 2 years have been in a supervisory role within Customer Service Environment
