Project Development Manager

Are you an accomplished project development manager with excellent analytical and organisational skills? Do you have at least 5 years of experience working in economic zones and/or industrial parks environment? If so, we'd like to speak to you!
We're looking for a skilled Project Development Manager, who would:
- Responsible for the market research function within the division- Prepare and review templates for the execution of certain specific tasks within the processes identified- Processes to be followed for the development of projects from opportunity identification to execution- Carry out due diligence, appraisal for new projects and make recommendations to the division- Coordinate the division initiatives and projects at global/portfolio level and will manage the project initiation and the project planning process at the regional level.- Review and manage the portfolio assuring initiatives are in line with company strategy.- Maintain and track the project pipeline at each stage at global level, liaison with the regional company subsidiaries and other involved parties.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Recognised degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering or any other relevant field from an accredited university.- Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management or any other relevant field will be a distinct advantage.- Professional Project Management qualifications (PMI, Prince 2) will be an advantage- Minimum 10 years' working experience- Minimum 5 years' experience working in economic zones and/or industrial parks environment- Experience in at least one area: real estate, economic development, investment promotion, logistics, shipping, trade facilitation sectors will be an advantage
