As the Senior Manager - Corporate Finance, your responsibilities would include:
- Perform due diligence of the business including the financials, tax regulatory, legal etc to support the M & A activity. This needs to be performed against tight deadlines and limited information and needs a lot of corroboration of all information on hand to prepare the recommendation.- Participate in the M & A / monetization and other similar deal process and identify the value drivers and risks associated with the opportunities.- Review of base case business plan, valuations and other comparative financial analysis for corporate finance project viz. M&A / Disinvestments / Restructuring opportunities- Responsible for the management and leadership of an engaged team, promoting collaboration and ensuring that each is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives which are aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yet challenging, realistic and time bound.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Professional qualification in finance ACA, CIMA or MBA;- Minimum 8-10 years of a progressive finance career path;- Through knowledge of cash-flows, debt structuring and business valuation;- Ability to demonstrate proficient in using business applications- Comprehensive understanding of development within the Ports industry- Strong numerical and analytical skills;- Excellent team working and team leadership skills;- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills;- Excellent project and time management;- Ability to respond to aggressive timelines without compromising the quality of output-
