Our client is now recruiting for a Institutional Sales Manager. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager
Job Purpose
Strategize, lead and implement institutional sales strategy for ready food products, with the overall objective of achieving revenue and profitability targets and developing institutional relationships through the catering business .
Principal Accountabilities
Strategic
• Define overall institutional sales strategy
• Define annual budget, quarterly targets and ensure timely delivery of targets
Process/Operational
• Identify opportunities for growth, formulate business expansion strategies and support business development
• Lead and manage key accounts to ensure increased revenue & customer satisfaction, and submit monthly report to General Manager
• Maintain continuous contact with corporate customers and track issue resolution lists
• Actively identifies client needs and ensures profitable solution
• Collect, analyze and communicate business intelligence
• Ensure marketing adherence to planning and execution of all campaigns, promotions
• Lead & direct customer satisfaction metrics, programs & policies
• Oversee and manage administration of institutional sales team
People
• Ensure attraction, retention and skill development of sales team to create a high performing talent pool
