Company Brief:
Our client is a global leader in the Insurance and Re-insurance solutions arena, seeking to recruit a “Chief Executive Officer” for their newly established company in the Insure-tech industry. Position will be reporting to the board members.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing or similar qualification
• A Master’s degree will be preferable
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience / Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in the Insurance Industry or E-Commerce
• Previous experience in the creation, development and management of a wide range of high growth ecommerce and mobile businesses
• An outstanding ability to drive results across many different types of organizations from start-ups to complex, matrixed-organizations
• High strategic agility with a wealth of experience in highly accelerated commercial ventures
• In-depth knowledge of commerce, marketing and product development in the Insurance space
• Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic marketing vision with an overriding focus on delivery. Could have had a role in a management consulting firm as well
• In-depth experience of start-ups and new market entry
• A wealth of experience in leading multiple disciplines across commercial, marketing, product, customer vision, sales and service capabilities
• Has extensive expertise in product development, strategic partnerships and digital distribution of financial services and insurance products
• Has worked or has some sort of relationship with major UAE and KSA insurance providers
• Able to identify product gaps and recommendations to extend range to meet core customer needs
• Excellent Leadership skills will be managing a team up to 30 people initially
