Represent Store at Area Managers Meetings when requested
Keep up to date with outcome of weekly Area Manager Meetings
Report shift performance, progress and issues to Store Manager
Work on proactive sales and marketing activities in collaboration with Store Manager
Implement and communicate performance improvement initiatives lead by Store Manager to continuously improve on store operations and employee’s performance to meet and exceed target
Oversee and manage daily operational activities of the shift
Supervise sales and collection activities carried out in the store
Manage customer activities and respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints within store and coordinate with other departments
Solve problems together with staff members in order to correct discrepancies and report these discrepancies to Store Manager
Support and coach Sales Representatives to improve and meet standards of product and service knowledge
Manage the floor and the store staff.
Give daily briefs to branch employees to communicate messages from Retail Management
Monitor timekeeping, attendance levels and adequate cover during periods of absence for assigned shift
Conduct 1 to 1 meeting with all the staff on Monthly basis.
Report disciplinary matters to Store Manager in an appropriate manner
Proactively use available procedures, tools and own initiative to solve problems and customer inquiries and complaints
Manage inventory and cash within the store, address and report any discrepancies
Perform inventory checks and requests stock orders to Store Manager Supervise cash reconciliations, take action to resolve and report any discrepancies
Verify sales transactions, take action to solve and report any discrepancies
Maintain transaction and inventory records, discover and address discrepancies
1. Manage the branch facility and Report facility issues to Retail Facilities Management.
Ensure branch compliance with Client image and brand guidelines through floor walk checklist
Report any IT or system failure to Retail System Support(RSS)
