We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Admin Intern to accommodate the Operations team.
The overall focus of the position is to assure the needs of the team are met. Close attention to detail along with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and flourish in a fast-paced environment is a necessity.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Map out and develop internal processes for certain services
- Research solutions for tool and part kits for technicians/drivers
- Design training processes for new products/services and roll-out
- Support the supply chain segment and research feasibility of third-party providers.
- Work closely with Head of Operations to manage workflows and reports
