Should have hands on experience and proven track records in Marketing and Sales in Travel Goods, Luggage Division, Fashion and Luxury Items, Retail Industry, etc.
Should manage the Division and the Business effectively
Should deal with high end brands - Right from procurement till Sales
Should deal with Supplier, Seller and Retail Outlets (Own / Network)
Should identify the best sales channel, develop marketing strategies, design and participate in large scale sales promotion / demos
Should work for bringing more brands – international / standard – into our fold and work for more networks and sales collaboration
Should oversee the existing retail outlets, its' sales progress and the staff
Should be responsible for the Division's sales and revenue, profitability and growth
