Dot.Cy, one of the leading providers of CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the Middle East and the Gulf, is looking for a technofunctional or functional consultant to join our Dubai team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Engage and drive CRM project implementations in the role of CRM Consultant
2. Engage, implement and consult clients on solutions of at least one of the company’s packaged solutions
3. Own and deliver business analysis and requirements gathering sessions based on industry's best practices
4. Document and prepare agendas, business requirements, business process flows, business rules and other project documentation deliverables using Dot.Cy standardized templates
5. Define and prepare functional requirements solution design documents and system prototypes (Proof of Concept)
6. Present analysis and design deliverables to clients’ senior management and work towards obtaining sign-offs
7. Provide directions to the development team in the delivery of business requirements accurately and within project timeframes
8. Prepare training plans and testing plans for Dynamics 365 projects using Dot.Cy standard operation procedure
9. Ensure quality of software deliverable is as per design through creating and running test case scenarios
10. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 platform following internal department standard operating procedures
11. Understand and configure Dot.Cy partner's third party tools such as Click Dimensions, Kingswaysoft integration tools, as well as internal portal and integration frameworks we are using
12. Engage in project management tasks for small to medium sized projects handling client inquiries with accuracy and on time
13. Participate in pre-sales presentations and consulting sessions in order to provide high level solution suggestion
14. Engage in exercises to provide effort estimates for different potential projects for the areas of specialization
