We are currently looking for a Leasing Manager to work for a Leading organisation in Hospitality/ Entertainment sector in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Responsibilities
- Managing the leasing activities, tenant relations and tenant's property management
- Managing the sales leasing activities to achieve targets
- Being up to date with property development and market trends
- Handling the leasing agreements and commercial terms
- Negotiating with new and existing tenants while maintaining a relationship with them
- Managing the collections and tenancy contracts
- Preparing the budget and leasing plan
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, facility management operations within retail/ entertainment/ hospitality industry
- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree
- Excellent knowledge of retail delivery, leasing and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership, communications and team management skills
- Knowledge of UAE laws (related to leasing)
