Job Overview:
Performance Analyst for ROQI, APG’s, SPARK, QHSES programs etc, as well as the development, improvement and communication of these programs across the region. Process SME for Management of Change, including development of program framework to support coordinated approach in managing changes. Manages QHSES analysis and reporting, including mentoring of assigned individuals for completion of the same. Oversight on development and utilization of departmental budgets as well as review & coordination of all QHSES program communications including associated collaterals and communications for publishing.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Return On Quality Investment (ROQI):
o Management and administration of ROQI process and reporting which includes:
Overview of RCA process implementation & oversight on RCA outputs
Action item monitoring and status reporting
Trending / analysis of CONQ occurrences or causes
Oversight of ROQI inputs to Synergi
Periodic verification of sustainability of improvement measures
o MENA focal point for global sharing of ROQI lessons learned, procedural changes and best practices
• Area Performance Goals:
o Annual program development and planning
o Assist functions in L2 development / planning
o Monitoring and reporting
o Process improvement
• SPARK:
o Oversight on management of SPARK program
o Conducts reviews on idea feasibility with focus group, and provides guidance/assistance to idea generator on further development of idea for presentation / implementation
o Monitoring and reporting
o Process improvement
• QHSES Communications:
o Development of regional QHSES programs communications forecast in conjunction with stakeholders
o Interfaces on internal communications requirements – collaterals, articles & video development
o Monitor implementation of QHSES programs
• General:
o Mentors QHSES technicians & assurance specialists assigned for delivery of QHSES reporting requirements
o Reviews corporate QHSES report inputs prior to submission
o Develops annual QHSES program budget on agreement with QHSES leads, oversight on utilization
o Process SME for Management of Change; assists in development of function / regional MOCs as required. Develops standards or process for managing multiple changes across functions / within the regions (i.e. project transfers)
o Ensures implementation of other business improvement programs as directed by Global QHSES or as assigned (C2E Challenge, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
o Develops processes and procedures, performs audits, cold eye reviews, and other QHSES assessments as assigned
