Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive sells and stimulate demand for company’s FMCG brand i.e. “Jomara” to applicable geographical area or client base on the regular basis in a defined manner in UAE. He or she will do this through consistent service, sharing food/FMCG experience and is supported by a proactive team of merchandizers.
The Sales Executive contributes to the sales of Jomara products in UAE by 1) being fully responsible for the sale in allocated geographical area or client base and includes checking product availability, supervising cleanliness standards, maintaining merchandising ,optimising display facings, products’ expiry damage and launch, managing promotions as advised by Sales Supervisor 2) By requesting for Purchase Orders based on product movement 3) overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of daily deliveries 4) Ensure full display at rented places 5) Ensure that merchandisers are adhering to planograms and FIFO.
This Sales Executive works closely with Sales Supervisor, Sales Coordinator and Sales Encoder. His main focus is to achieve sales target and ensure availability of the products.
The Sales Executive will have basic sales skills, market knowledge, good relations within industry and awareness of the area.
Key Accountabilities:
• Provide sales and merchandising support to Jomara Division.
• Maintaining and increasing sales of Jomara brand as per guidelines provided.
• Establish, maintain good relations with the supermarket functional staff.
• Responsible for achieving KPI in consultation with National Sales Manager and Sales Supervisor – Jomara.
• Execute new product launch, seasonal activities to generate new business for the company.
• Responsible for optimizing product display.
• Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning and management of key accounts.
• Ensure availability of self or assign team member to attend the routine stock take at the supermarkets.
• Attending complaints and requirements of the clients in timely manner and ensure that team responds effectively. Always respecting the Brand DNA, and assuring over all execution.
• Persistently assuring high levels of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards. Thus, ensuring compliance with local law, food safety standards, general work place safety, and HACCP policies and procedures.
• Report to Sales Supervisor on the regular basis and prepare reports for meetings.
• Monitors customer satisfaction and develops and maintains client relations.
• Ensure to maintain and improve grooming and personal hygiene standards.
• Look for opportunities of development. This includes training, coaching and mentoring to allow for the right people in the right place.
• Organizes demonstrations for existing and potential customers, advises customers on the presentation of the products and the promotional materials and participates in trade events.
• Follows the market and competition evolution and transmits information to superior.
• Establishes daily visit reports for superior.
• Participates in sales meetings to obtain information on sales objectives, promotional actions, new products etc. and to discuss field problems.
