 Developing new business opportunities across markets by constant analysis & identification prospective partnership
 Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
 Execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base
 Achieve sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
 Responsible for increasing and tracking company market share
 Responsible for advancing Company Customer Service Reputation with external & internal Customer base
 Research and build relationships with new clients, Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
 Effectively and efficiently manage and direct sales activities to ensure sales targets are met
 Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentation
 Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
 Assist Unit Manager in establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
 Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
 Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
 Assigns and allocates resources to achieve specific business results
 Provide monthly business reports to Senior Management
 Assist in resolving ongoing issues with the clients as appropriate
 Provide timely feedback to Senior Management regarding Team's performance
 Perform any other tasks as assigned by the line manager
