Job Summary:
- The Senior Sales Executive - Export is responsible for setting the strategy to increase the export market sale of the products in MENA region, coordinating with Client, Consultant and Contractor to achieve the sales targets (value and volum,e) and growing the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze the different export markets to ascertain the projects / trading sales opportunities for the products . Create market specific sales channels based on research obtained from the Business Development team and/or own market research.
- Collect enquiry/RFQ and review the requirements. Identify available products meeting the client’s requirements.
Submit proposal once sample has been obtained meeting the approval from the client, consultant and contractor. - Prepare the product selection and quotation as per the specified project and within the discount agreements as per the company’s policies.
- Manage the negotiations, order taking and delivery process to ensure high customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Sales Executive, ensure the payment and delivery terms are as per the company’s policies.
- Interface with the other Sales Team, Supply Chain, Quality, Production and Marketing teams to satisfy customer needs and requirements. Follow up on invoices and ensure delivery is completed as per the contract, achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with the customers on the collection of the payment and update the concerned parties accordingly.
Assist the Business Development team during any new product development and new opportunity identification. Exchange insights into the latest trends and products seen in the market and prices and competitors met in the market. Hold formal and informal update sessions with the Business Development team. - Working closely with the Shipping team, identify the different shipping methods, calculating the cost impact and selecting the most cost-effective form of transportation for the company. Verify the packaging requirements and arrange for necessary handling (e.g. pest control), as needed.
- Ensure all incoterms, import/export regulations are compiled to and paper work is in good order before releasing the order
