Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading online beauty brand who is looking for a Head of Customer Experience to help them further grow their rapidly expanding market in the Middle East.
As Head of Customer Experience your responsibilities will include:
\[ Lead the growth strategy in the areas of e-commerce, customer service, logistics, delivery solutions, and operations, among others
\[ Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver clear direction and strategy executions
\[ Enhance current processes and develop new approaches to deliver optimum customer user experience
\[ Drive innovation and an engaged culture by developing, mentoring and leading a team that is aligned with achieving operational excellence
\[ Gather key insights based on data and turn them into recommendations that will drive customer retention and acquisition
\[ Keep abreast of market trends and competitor's activities
Desirable skills and background:
\[ Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of work experience in the same capacity
\[ Proven track record in customer experience strategy, customer lifecycle management, customer retention, project management, and team leadership
\[ Extensive experience in e-commerce, logistics, and operations management
\[ Strategic thinker, a natural leader, and highly analytical
\[ Senior level verbal and written communication skills
