Silkor Holding is currently looking for a Regional Manager to oversee all day-to-day activities throughout all of its branches in Middle East & G.C.C.
Description: Regional Manager (only MALES) with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the G.C.C. in a managerial role is needed for our head office in Downtown Dubai. Candidate must have:
- Solid experience in overseeing/managing large teams.
- Solid knowledge in allocating/delegating tasks to staff members.
- Solid exposure in all G.C.C. markets, i.e. U.A.E., Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Erbil and Lebanon.
- Previous Experience in the Medico-Aesthetic or Beauty-related field is a plus, or someone who has had a long a consistent career path in a retail company or group.
- Experience in all Sales, Customer Service, HR, Purchasing, Stock, Accounting and Admin aspects of the company to be able to lead all employees.
- Willingness to be based in the U.A.E. and rotate all over our branches in the G.C.C. and Lebanon.
- Lebanese Nationality holder.
- Willingness to visit Lebanon one week per month.
- Leadership, Management, Organization, Communication, Problem Solving, PR, Negotiation skills are a must for our ideal candidate. Suitable for Male candidates with previous solid career path.
