Maintain the highest possible hygiene and maintenance standard
Ensure that the best quality is delivered to our clients and that the recipies are cooked up to the standards.
Support the Kitchen Manager directly in order to have a smooth operation
Work with the Kitchen Manager on Food Production and monitoring the staff performance closely.
Control the food cost and minimize wastage.
Comply with the company environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.
Assist the Kitchen Manager in monitoring and coaching the chefs.
