Marketing Manager (Digital and Event)
Job Purpose:
To create, implement and manage the company marketing strategy for the B2B brand, whilst providing some support for B2C activities. Effectively coordinate marketing activities including production of digital collateral and advertising with support and direction from the head of HTME or HQ in Korea.
With support and direction from the head of HTME or HQ in Korea: create, implement and manage the Company marketing strategy and brand using a variety of platforms. Effectively coordinate marketing activities including successful event management, trade fairs & exhibitions.
Job Context: Reporting to Managing Director
Location: Dubai based but frequently travel to Middle East and Africa regions

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
The role will mainly focus on supporting B2B marketing operations. However, the individual will sit within the wider marketing organisation and there may be requirement to support other areas of the company as the business and resource requires.
• Support & management for sales teams producing & sharing digital marketing assets such as logos, photography, literature and advertisements.
• Support & management for local agencies requiring logistical supply of assets, translations and product information.
• Set & administer the Annual Marketing plan & Budget for Each Region in MEA
• Management & Development for Local Marketing Agents, Agreements
• Negotiate & Execute Contracts for Large and Small Scale Marketing Events, Participation in & Lead the Event
• Additional support for local marketing may require flexibility e.g. acquiring cost estimates across multiple media channels; production of point of sale; supporting events, generating sales incentive programmes for particular distributors in a specified market.
• Support & management for distributor and media partnership local events requiring logistical supply of assets and product
• Support & management for local event agency requiring logistical supply of assets and product
• Focus on Middle East and Africa (but not exclusively)
• Additional support for local marketing may require flexibility e.g. production of point of sale and collateral, generating sales incentive programmes for particular distributors in a specified market
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
• Manage the website content for Middle East and Africa territories, ensuring sites are constantly updated.
• Manage and Support STEP (Smart Techwin Eco Program) for Middle East and Africa territories as well as Support and Management for STEP Website.
• Create and deliver digital marketing collateral/campaigns on time.
• Optimising content on the current website.
• PPC, SEM and SEO management.
• Creation, distribution & monitoring of direct digital mailings & e-blasts to internal and external customers.
• 3rd party agency management.
• Create regular integrated digital marketing reports.
