Specific responsibilities include:

Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure that works as per snagging list are satisfactorily completed
Handle all client calls and ensure that their queries are answered, complaints addressed and proper information is relayed
Inspect ready units along with the clients and make sure that a detailed snagging list is forwarded to the projects team and follow up the completion of works
Coordinate with projects team and contractors to make sure that units are ready and matched quality standards during handover to clients
Assist clients with the final payment and registration/transfer procedures
Handle all communications to clients and update them with the final handover or completion date, payment schedules and construction updates
Assists designated consultant in Oqood creation in the DLD website for transfer of properties
Handle all utility registration-related issues with clients
Maintain clients database and update with current contact details
Create reports as required by the management
