Over all in-charge in the design and site works.
• Dealing with Clients (Engineers, Architects, Contractors, etc.) for technical issues and concerns.
• Dealing with the suppliers for the preparation of all the materials required for the project.
• Getting samples to make sure they are providing good quality of work and having enough resources (manpower) considering the budget.
• Prepare the construction schedule as per the time frame required by client.
• Prepare the manpower required for each project considering all the scope of works.
• Attend site meetings to discuss work accomplishments, project concerns and deadlines.
• Providing the schedule / work plan for all the sub-contractors to prevent any problems that will cause delay on the project.
• Assuring materials will arrived on scheduled time.
• Providing monthly accomplishment report to prepare and submit progress invoice on required submission dates
