POSITION: Senior Group Credit Controller
SALARY: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus and other fringe benefits
HIRING COMPANY: Biggest supplier of premium beverages in Gulf & Middle East, East Africa, Indian Ocean and South East Asia.
WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Immediately (1 month max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time/urgent hiring
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Filipino/Sri Lankan
Male/Female, 40 years old and below
Open to candidates outside UAE
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least with Bachelor’s degree in Finance or any relevant major
Minimum 5 years in similar industry or role
Strong credit control knowledge, preferably in FMCG/retail industry
Proficient in Excel and with System Experience of Microsoft Dynamic AX/ NetSuite ERP/Intervals/Deputy/ Sage Business Cloud Accounting Review/other relevant software
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Master file maintenance
Ensure payment of outstanding invoices, collection of PDC and ensuring timely deposits
Keep accurate records of debtor activities
Maintain regular and effective communication and follow up with customers/debtors
Resolve issues with customers
Liaise with sales teams and auditors
Prepare reports – daily collection tracking sheet, weekly /monthly reports, Dunning letters, SOA, monthly MIS Reports and KPIs
Provide ageing statements and customer statements to all salespersons
Quarterly Review of Customer Credit Limits with Finance Manager
Lead a team of at least 4 junior employees
