Oversee the accommodation operations
Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules
Set team members accommodation budgets and policies and procedures
Assist in planning and execution of various housing related programs and initiatives. Coordinate social activities in team members accommodation, create materials and presentations, provide on going support and follow up in project timelines.
Organize, coordinate and control all matters relating to the team members accommodation
Assist in the recruitment and selection of Housing Team members and responsible in the purchase of Housing Related Materials.
Ensure that all matters relating to team members accommodation is conducted in accordance with the accommodation policy.
Maintain accurate records of team members allocation
Carry out fire, safety and evacuation procedures as required by the hotel fire policy.
Comply with the hotel's health, safety and hygiene policy
Inspect team members accommodation regularly to ensure compliance to standards and take action as necessary to conform to standard
Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers
Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage, train and develop the accommodation team
