Key Deliverables
<br />Performance Measures
<br />Main Tasks
<br />1. Handling Incidents/SRs within the timeframe and meets customer satisfaction.
<br />• Achievement of deliverables.
<br />• Customer feedback
<br />• Ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelines.
<br />• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within Operations team
<br />2. Ensure Compliance of ITIL processes to PMO, Risk, Audit and architecture guidelines
<br />• Adherence to compliance
<br />• Documentation of IT processes as required by PMO standards.
<br />• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in accordance with defined quality management practices, to achieve common objectives.
<br />• Ensure maintaining Data confidentiality.
<br />3. IT Roadmap and Process Improvement
<br />• On going maintenance for assigned applications
<br />• Ensuring application stability
<br />• Tracking process improvements in co-ordination with Infra and Domain teams.
<br />4. Provide BAU environment and Vendor co-ordination
<br />• Customer satisfaction measured through surveys.
<br />• Critical Incidents per application
<br />• Availability metrics for applications
<br />• SLA measures.
<br />• Participate in initiatives to optimize applications and related software.
<br />• Manage assigned audit points.
<br />• Ensure support resources are available with sufficient knowledge to deliver specialist support for assigned applications.
<br />• IT Vendor co-ordination for assigned applications.
<br />• Manage outsourced vendors to ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelines are in accordance of Remedy Timelines.

<br />Job Knowledge
<br />Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
<br />Hands on experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting application related problems on production, Incident Analysis & resolution, and RCA related to Application.
<br />Hands on experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA.
<br />Very good knowledge in Trading & Wealth Management domain
<br />Experience in supporting Trading applications, including portfolio accounting systems, and trading systems
<br />Knowledge in Advent APX and Moxy, Tradex is an added advantage.

<br />Very good knowledge in .Net application framework.
<br />Hands-on experiences with MS SQL, (developing stored procedures/SSIS/SSRS/ and functions).
