We are seeking to hire HR Recrutiment officer for group of companies where we operate extrnsively.
Job Description as follows:
- Technical Recruitment of highly experienced and qualified manpower for In house as well as various external projects for (Oil & Gas, Education, Health care IT sector etc.
- Hold Weekly meetings with Project managers & Department Heads to Understand the manpower requirements of different engineering teams and Departments.
- Sourcing and Headhunting CVs through network/ LinkedIn/ naukrigulf/ Indeed / Bayt /
- Submitting suitable profiles of candidates to the department head for review.
-Coordinate with Project Managers / Department Heads and Set Up Face to Face / Telephonic / Skype Interviews with Shortlisted Candidates.
-Salary & benefits negotiations and preparation of Formal Offers.
-Collection of all required documents from candidates like passport copies, educational certificates, police clearance, photographs, etc for work permit & visa processing.
- Building and maintaining the network with candidates.
