We are looking for a TRA e-Gov Consultant to be responsible for assessing the website and e-Services portals as per UAE e/m government guidelines and plan all required improvements. The consultant must provide all required consultation to our stakeholders to help them complete their action items with accordance to TRA indices/enablers, as follows:

· Level of electronic/mobile transformation index.

· Level of usage of electronic/ mobile services.

· Level of satisfaction with electronic/ mobile services.

· Level of public awareness about electronic/ mobile services.

· Government websites’ quality index.

· Electronic/mobile service quality index.

· Mobile services integration index.

The scope for the consultant also covers validating the compliance with UAE Federal Website Quality Guidelines:

· Domain and Hosting

· Site Architecture and Design

· User Experience and Usability

· Content

· Accessibility

· e-Participation & Open data

· Security and Information Protection

· Marketing
