We are looking for a Female Arabic Branch Manager to be responsible for our Beauty Center’s day-to-day operations.
Beauty Salon Manager responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Competent of managing a great multi-culture team, efficiently, fair and consistently
- Provide positive leadership to all service professionals within the branch
- Takes ownership by managing all services, products, staff and facilities, and generate daily reports
- Good interpersonal communication skills, capable to work as a team and trains with positive reinforcement
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers
- Maintain the standards within the branch with high attention to details; cleanness, assets, ambiance, etc.
- Proficient of tackling challenges and finds solutions to improve situation
- Use all resources to maximize revenue in both service and product sales based on monthly targets
- Assist The Operations Supervisor as needed and willing to take on additional responsibilities
- Flexible, able to work during day-off and beyond job description, if necessary
- Cash deposit, close cash drawer on daily basis.
