Description:
· Analyses financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers
· Control the fixed assets
· Determines proper handling of financial and approval transactions within the designated limits
· Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures
· Oversee Financial Department employees along with VP Finance including Financial assistants and accountants
· Preparation finance reports and some other static reports
· Prepare and post the monthly close for all prepayments, accrual, depreciations and write of fixed assets transaction and Investor in the accounting system
· Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
· Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
· Research and analyse Financial reports
· Review Financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
· Review the monthly employee salary, pension and other employee benefits for payment
· Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
· Track our clients’ financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
· Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
· Works to understand and anticipate the customer’s current and future requirements
· Monitor the day-to-day financial operations
· Works to understand and anticipate the customer’s current and future requirements
· Presents numerical data effectively
· Takes personal responsibility for maintaining regular and clear communication with customers and ensures customer satisfaction
· Self-directed and takes the initiative in achieving team goals
· Identifies the information and operational resources required
