Main Responsibilities:
Create and develop clear policies, ensuring they reach all employees.
Stay updated with organizational changes and advise the GM, based on your expertise when possible.
Keep track of market changes and competitors’ offerings.
Propose new manning-related strategies that will add objective value to the business.
Recruit all required positions, taking into consideration the company mission and vision as well as the team’s dynamics.
Set outstanding orientation and induction plans for staff, taking into consideration how relevant this stage is for an employee on his productivity and future behaviour.
Advise on the bonus and incentive schemes to contribute to long-term staff satisfaction and retention.
Conduct trainings and team-building activities to enhance the sense of team cooperation.
Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures when required.
Resolve existing and potential conflicts within the team with professionalism and empathy.
Comply with local laws, especially with the UAE Labour Law.
Keep a positive and fruitful relationship with the other heads of departments.
