Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading real estate developer in the Middle East - opportunity in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Our client is looking to hire Property Sales - Executive with Russian nationality to cater to their growing Russian Investor clientele.

<br />The ideal candidate will be competent in sourcing and developing own leads and opportunities while working effectively in converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales. To be successful in this role you have to develop and manage a network of external agents and gain complete product knowledge and assist prospective customers in making a decision to invest.

<br />
<br />RequirementsEffectively negotiate to achieve company approved pricing
<br />Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
<br />Directly sell company's inventory
<br />Report to sales manager and produce timely reports on activities
<br />Skills:
<br />Ability to demonstrate successful track record
<br />Positive, “can-do" attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm
<br />Customer service skills
<br />Excellent network of investors
<br />Excellent written and oral communication skills
<br />Organized and self motivated with strong interpersonal skills
<br />Be able to prioritize and plan tasks well and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
<br />Be an effective communicator
<br />Be creative and energetic
<br />
<br />Education :
<br />Bachelors degree in business or related disciplines
<br />
<br />Relevant Experience:
<br />3-5 years experience in property sales
<br />
<br />Computer Skills:
<br />Proficiency in MS office and internet use
<br />Knowledge of SAP
<br />Have excellent computer skills. MS Excel is a must
<br />Language Fluency:
<br />Fluent in English & Russian, Arabic is a plus
<br />
