We are Razzl Dazzl Hair - a women-centric, international e-commerce hair brand with presence in India, UAE and Hong Kong. We are currently looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team as we prepare for our worldwide launch in 8 weeks. Your job will require you to manage all our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Youtube). The responsibilities will be as follows:

1. Plan and execute campaigns, content ideas, giveaways, etc. to increase engagement and followers. Content planning and scheduling is conducted at the beginning for every quarter.

2. You should be able to create and implement dynamic, highly engaging content that will generate followers, convert followers into customers and customers into advocates by encouraging user generated content (UGC).

3. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.

4. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

5. Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.

6. You are also required to maintain a positive brand reputation across all platforms and work in sync with our influencer marketing manager and content strategist to implement high quality content across all platforms.

7. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
