Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to general enquiries
- Managing and executing all payroll related activities, including payroll processing, overtime calculation, and employee settlements
- Monitoring and generating reports for Time & Attendance system for absenteeism
- Maintaining the personnel files for non-management staff as per guidelines
- Maintaining and tracking employee movements and modifications in the Oracle ERP system
- Handling all petty cash expenses and claims
- Preparing statement of all bills relating to Petrol, telephone and SEWA
- Coordinating with, and scheduling drivers for miscellaneous tasks
- Clearing all department invoices
- Handling and coordinating hired labor requirements
- Handling insurance claims of employees
- Maintaining recruitment and training related documentation
- Assisting in employee joining & exit
- Arranging for insurance, ID, labor and other cards
- Executing and coordinating for visa and gate-pass renewals of new and existing employees
- Preparing requisitions & PO’s related to HR & admin dept.
- Coordinating for sewerage and chemical water disposal
- Coordinating for employee engagement programs
- Assisting in conducting training sessions
