Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
Develop a good understanding of clients’ projects, their industry, and their work culture and environment
Organize the recruitment process in an effective way to meet client’s assigned deadlines
Manage new employee relocation by determining new employee relocation needs including accommodation, visa, license, ticket (if any needed)
Ensure all HR activities comply with organizational requirements for quality management, risk, legal stipulations, and general duty of care
Submit executive reports to the management to be aware of the HR department and workforce status
